Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 100 days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period expires 100 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the good.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us via an unequivocal statement (for example in writing, by post, fax or e-mail) to revoke the agreement. You can use the model withdrawal form (PDF) for this, but you are not obliged to do so.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that time, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any case, no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. If you only return part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will refund you using the same payment method as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged any costs for a refund. We may wait with reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. If a deferred payment or financing has been concluded with a third party for the payment of your purchase through us, this agreement will also be terminated upon receipt of your cancellation.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicated your decision to withdraw from the agreement to us. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 114 days has expired.

You can return the product for free. If you register a product with us for return, we will send you a return link by email. This allows you to create a shipping label and select a drop-off point to take the package to. If you wish to return a product on your own initiative, the direct costs for returning it are at your own expense.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from use of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. You can also use the European model withdrawal form to inform us that you wish to cancel the purchase. However, use of this form is not mandatory. Download withdrawal form
