  • If you are a 'cold' sleeper. Do you get too hot easily and perhaps you find it unpleasant to lie under a thin duvet? Then you can get through most of the year with a winter duvet. It is then not necessary to adjust the thickness of the duvet during the year.
  • If you are not very sensitive to temperature changes. Then a winter duvet is sufficient during colder days and a summer duvet or summer blanket in warmer times.

Een donzen winterdekbed onderhouden

Een donzen winterdekbed is makkelijk in het onderhoud. Another extra tip Never sit or lie on your down winter duvet. If you do this, the springs inside will break and this will affect the volume.

Filling weights of down winter duvet

How light or heavy your winter duvet is, the fill weight, depends on the down used. It sounds contradictory, but the more expensive the winter duvet, the less down filling there is.
